The joints of bipedal humanoid robots need to reserve assembly tolerances. Some high-performance robotic dogs have a certain ability to climb stairs, but different products have different limitations. Before attempting to let a robotic dog climb stairs, please carefully read the description of terrain adaptability in the product manual. Generally, it is not recommended to let a robotic dog climb stairs beyond its designed capabilities, as this may lead to falls and damage.
1. Since the total weight of the robot is 70 kg, it is recommended that 2 to 3 people complete the hoisting onto the hanger when lifting it.
2. When hoisting the robot, lock the aviation case, have one person stand on each side of the robot to hold the arms, preventing the robot's arms or hands from getting stuck in the joints when sitting in the aviation case; at the same time, one person should control the lifting of the hoist and promptly fine-tune the position of the hoist, etc.
1. Check the structure of the hand to see if it is stuck or has foreign objects
2. Try sending the finger again 1-2 times to see if it still fails to close and if it can be grasped properly.

4. If remote technical support cannot resolve the issue, please return the faulty handpiece to the factory for repair.
Do not forcefully use or manually assist it to complete instructions
1. The wheels of the wheeled robotic dog need to reserve a certain amount of clearance to accommodate steering and shock absorption, which falls within the normal assembly tolerance range;
2. If shaking causes the wheel to tilt (not perpendicular to the ground), lag during rotation, or is accompanied by abnormal metallic friction noise, please immediately contact customer service, provide photos and videos of the wheel area, and we will arrange for technicians to conduct remote troubleshooting and, if necessary, reissue the wheel assembly.

If you need to stop the movement, please first use the magicdog APP to control MagicDog to "end remote control", then click "lie down", and the robotic dog will be in a stopped state.
Keep the robot in a hoisted state before powering on, long press the power button until the white light around the power button lights up steadily, then release it.
