Yes. In the settings of the Magicdog APP, there is usually a speed adjustment option, which allows users to select different speed levels according to their needs. Different levels correspond to different forward, backward, and turning speeds.
1. Over-temperature: When the temperature is abnormally high between 95-105 degrees, the speed will be reduced; when it is higher than 105 degrees, forced cooling will be applied, and the robot can continue to be operated when the temperature reaches the operable condition.
2. Battery level: Please charge as soon as possible when the battery level is below 5%-20%; when the battery level is less than 5%, the robot will not be able to move at all

Upgrade steps:
1. Preparation: Make sure the robot battery level is at least 50% and the phone has a stable network connection, preferably Wi-Fi. Open “Firmware Upgrade” under “My Devices” in the APP and check for a new version.
2. Start the upgrade: Tap “Upgrade Now.” The APP will automatically download the firmware package and transfer it to the robot. The robot’s indicator light may flash, such as flashing blue, during transmission.
3. Wait for completion: The robot will restart automatically during the upgrade. After restarting, a steady indicator light, such as steady green, indicates a successful upgrade, and the APP will display “Upgrade Complete.”
Precautions:
1. Do not power off the robot or phone or disconnect the connection during the upgrade. Doing so may damage the firmware and require factory repair.
2. If the upgrade fails, for example with a “Firmware Verification Error,” check the network connection, clear the APP cache, and retry. If it fails repeatedly, contact customer service for an offline firmware package and upgrade the robot through a USB cable.
3. Restart the robot after the upgrade and confirm that all functions work normally.
It may be due to reasons such as lack of lubrication in the joint parts, loose parts, or motor failure. First, check whether there are any loose parts in each joint part. If so, try tightening them. If the noise still persists, contact after-sales to arrange for professional inspection and repair.
1. This is the battery charging temperature protection. Stop charging, move the robot to a cool and well-ventilated area, ideally at an ambient temperature of 20–25°C, disconnect the charger, and wait at least 30 minutes before charging again.
2. Check the charging environment. Do not charge in direct sunlight, near a heater or air-conditioning outlet, or in an enclosed space such as a cabinet or box, as poor heat dissipation may occur.
3. Check the charger. Use the original charger and inspect the plug and cable for damage, or try another original charger to rule out a charger fault.
