MagicBot Z1

The remote control cannot control the robot to stand normally

1. Check if the battery level of the remote control is normal

2. Return each joystick of the remote control to its initial state ("G" at the far left): Move the "G" joystick of the remote control to the middle or long-press "Stand" on the APP remote control, and the robot will slowly enter the standing state

Robot zero position attitude is incorrect

Original calibration data was accidentally lost, or the zero position shifted due to accidental impact during operation or transportation; please contact after-sales service for handling

The robot controlling the hanger's descent cannot stand on the ground

The robot has not entered the "stand" state: long press "stand" on the APP or move the "G" lever on the remote control to the middle

When chatting with the robot, the robot announces that it is not connected to the network

Rebind, select WIFI connection for network configuration

After configuring custom text for the stunt, there is no sound after performing the stunt

Rebind, select WIFI connection for network configuration

During APP remote control, the page displays "Reconnecting"

There is no need to restart the robot at this time:

1. Network is unstable, so the APP exits and reconnects to the robot;

2. If the AP disconnects during direct connection, you can click "Reconnect" in the top left corner of the APP.

No response when interacting with the call "wheat"

1. In the language settings of the APP, turn on the "Speech Recognition" switch

2. In the APP settings, turn up the volume to above 50%

3. APP Settings Interface, confirm whether the wake word has been modified to another word

4. Ensure a relatively quiet environment

The stunt action is relatively fast, and the robot will shake.

The "Special Skill Multiplier" option in the APP settings modifies the corresponding special skill multiplier

The machine's legs flail on the hanger

Please first click "Stand", control the hanger to make the robot stand on the ground, and then enter the "Stand" mode.

Control the robot to slow down its walking speed during the walking process

After the motor temperature rises too high, it stops running. The robot can resume normal operation after being hung on the hanger and shut down for heat dissipation.

Can the robot recognize shiny walls, glass doors, and floors?

Glass and reflective floors can cause environmental interference to autonomous navigation, but have no impact in remote control mode; it is recommended that the walking route bypass glass reflective floors

After MagicBot Gen1 switches to walking mode, the robot does not respond.

Restart the robot.

The modified voice for a stunt action does not take effect.

The robot is not connected to the internet, so the voice package has not been synchronized to the robot. Connect the robot to the internet, then make the change again.

The modified voice for a stunt action takes a long time to work the first time.

It takes a short time for the voice package to synchronize to the robot. The voice announcement should work normally the second time the stunt action is performed.

The robot cannot walk normally in guided tour mode.

1. Remove any obstacles and make sure the protective film on the depth camera has been removed.

2. The current minimum safe clearance for guided tours is 1.5 m. The robot cannot pass through spaces narrower than 1.5 m.
