Thank you for purchasing products from MagicLab Robotics Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "MagicLab"). To safeguard your legitimate rights and interests and to provide peace of mind, the Company offers the following standard warranty (repair) service commitment:
Starting from the date of product delivery (hereinafter referred to as the "Delivery Date"), MagicLab products (excluding software, which is not covered under this warranty) are covered by a 12-month free warranty period (see the table below for details) upon presentation of a valid warranty certificate and confirmation by our after-sales service center. Once the warranty period has expired, repair or support services will be available for purchase as needed.

Note: To ensure the best user experience, please inspect the product’s appearance and accessories for completeness immediately upon receipt. If any physical damage is found after activation, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
During the warranty period, if a hardware failure covered under the warranty occurs, users located within Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), may contact MagicLab via the service hotline at 400-828-8022 or the service email at contact@magiclab.top.
A warranty engineer will contact you by phone within 4 business hours (on working days) after receiving your repair request to confirm the warranty (repair) arrangements.
Please note:
Repairs for issues not caused by original design or manufacturing defects will incur applicable service fees.
MagicLab does not authorize any third parties to perform repairs on its products.
For all after-sales service requests, please contact MagicLab directly to ensure proper handling and support.
Depending on the specific circumstances, we will provide repair services or component replacements for eligible products. However, the following situations are not covered under the free warranty:
The warranty period has expired;
Malfunctions resulting from abnormal use (e.g., drops from significant heights, crushing, immersion in liquid, or excessive force);
Use of any components that are not provided by the Company;
Malfunctions caused by human error unrelated to product quality;
Malfunctions caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or opening of the product casing;
Installation, use, or operation not in accordance with the product manual;
Malfunction caused by repairs or component replacements conducted without the Company’s authorization or guidance;
Malfunction caused by circuit alterations or use of incompatible power systems or chargers that are not specified in the product manual;
Malfunction caused by operating in abnormal environments, including but not limited to strong magnetic fields, rain, sandstorms, wet surfaces, complex terrain, uneven platforms, or locations with significant height variations;
Malfunction caused by operating on surfaces with abnormal friction (e.g., ice, glass, sandpaper);
Malfunction caused by damage from falls occurring on surfaces other than normal, flat ground;
Malfunction caused by collisions with objects in abnormal or uncontrolled environments;
Malfunction caused by interference with other wireless devices (e.g., Wi-Fi signals, electromagnetic interference);
Malfunction caused by operating exceeding the product’s maximum load capacity;
Malfunction caused by operation beyond specified electromagnetic interference thresholds or application of excessive force (physical or otherwise);
Malfunction caused by the use of non-original power supply systems (e.g., third-party battery packs);
Malfunction caused by compatibility or reliability issues arising from the use of other products in conjunction with this product;
Damages caused by continued operation despite component fatigue, expiration of lifespan, or malfunction;
Product failures arising from insufficient power input, or use of substandard energy systems (e.g., defective battery packs) leading to inadequate power discharge;
Failure to ship the product to the Company within the agreed timeframe after confirming warranty services;
Visible collision marks or visible scratches caused by collision or drops due to improper operation,;
The presence of dust, sand, water, metal particles or other contaminants inside the product that could not reasonably enter during normal usage;
Water residue on the product internally/externally, or corrosion of components or circuit boards caused by operation in excessively humid conditions;
Malfunctions or failures caused by users running their own programs in developer mode, whether through high-level or low-level development. For example,
during high-level development, a user may integrate a custom vision system to control the product, resulting in collisions or falls that render it inoperable; In
low-level development, damage may occur when user-controlled motors strike joint limits, cause mechanical impacts, or generate high-frequency vibrations;
Normal usage-related deterioration, such as cosmetic wear and tear (e.g. scratches on the body, worn edges, etc.) is considered; or
Indirect losses caused by product malfunction (e.g., loss of income, data corruption, etc.).
If you use the Company's products for secondary development, please back up all data before requesting warranty (repair) services to ensure data security.
In the course of providing after-sales services, MagicLab reserves the right to access your device as necessary.
For warranty services involving components replacements, the replaced components become the property of MagicLab, and the new components become your property. Only unmodified, original components are eligible for replacement.
Replacement components may not be brand new but they will be fully functional and equivalent in performance to the original components. These parts will carry the same warranty coverage as the original product.
MagicLab is not liable for any personal injury or property damage caused to you or others resulting from your operation of the robot.
This warranty policy applies exclusively within Mainland China. Policies in other regions are subject to applicable local laws and regulations.
As the packaging box is essential for ensuring safe transportation, it is recommended that you keep the box for at least 30 days from the date of receipt.
Before sending the product in for repair, please contact MagicLab's after-sales service hotline first. MagicLab will attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue remotely.
This document takes effect upon release. Any updates will take effect upon publication.
