Following its performance on the national stage at the 2026 CCTV Spring Festival Gala, Magiclab Robotics faced a new extreme challenge: an open-air stadium setting that tested the system engineering, environmental adaptability, and operational stability of its embodied AI performance solution.

1. Severe Weather and Environmental Force Majeure

The open-air stadium experienced continuous rainfall during the opening ceremony. Standing water made the turf extremely slippery, posing slippage risks while testing the robots' waterproofing, sensor accuracy, and circuit stability. Furthermore, heavy radio interference from thousands of mobile devices created a complex communication environment, challenging the latency and signal stability of the robot swarm control system.

2. Zero-Tolerance Live Broadcast Requirements

Broadcast nationally to millions of viewers, the opening performance required absolute technical precision. Zero single-point failures, zero queue misalignments, and zero movement errors were permitted, demanding a 100% system stability and fault-tolerance rate.

3. Ultra-Large-Scale Heterogeneous Coordination

This marked the world's first outdoor performance simultaneously directing 300 heterogeneous humanoid and quadruped robots. Coordinating distinct action sequences, independent formations, and real-time synchronization between the two robot types presented top-tier challenges for distributed control algorithms, multi-robot synchronization accuracy, and task scheduling systems.


Despite these harsh conditions, Magiclab Robotics' Event Entertainment Solution delivered a flawless performance. The humanoid robot formation executed high-difficulty maneuvers including punches and backflips with unified precision, while the quadruped robot formation completed high-density formation shifts and acrobatic stunts.
