MagicLab Robot Fleet Powers a Full Reception-to-Guidance Service Loop at the 2025 Inclusion Bund Summit

At the 2025 Inclusion·Bund Summit in Shanghai (September 10–13), MagicLab brought its full product range — consumer quadruped MagicDog, wheeled quadruped MagicDog-W, industrial-grade quadruped MagicDog-Y1, and high-dynamic bipedal humanoid MagicBot Z1 — to the event's Robot Town and Robot Arena zones, running guided tours and live competition demos across multiple product tiers simultaneously rather than showcasing a single flagship unit.

In the Robot Town reception area, MagicBot Z1 and MagicDog Y1 worked in tandem on invited-guest duty: Z1 handled greeting and wayfinding while Y1 handled luggage transport, forming a complete "reception → guidance → item transport" service loop that ran as one coordinated experience rather than two separate demos.

Why it matters for venue and exhibition operators: A single robot doing a single task is a novelty. Two different robots handling sequential parts of the same guest journey — without a visible handoff gap — is what an actual visitor-service deployment needs to look like, and it's a meaningfully harder integration problem than most guided-tour pilots attempt.
