As a representative enterprise in China's embodied AI sector, Magiclab Robotics possesses full-stack in-house capabilities spanning core components, hardware development, motion control, multimodal perception, embodied AI models, and scenario-based solutions. With an in-house core hardware development rate exceeding 90%, the company has established a complete product matrix covering bipedal humanoid robots, quadruped robots, dexterous hands, and embodied AI software platforms.
Simultaneously, JD.com continues to deepen its strategic layout in the intelligent robotics industry. Under this new agreement, the two companies will collaborate deeply on core embodied AI capabilities. Magiclab Robotics will leverage its technological expertise in humanoid motion control, path planning, multimodal perception, embodied AI algorithms, and application integration. JD.com will integrate its JoyInside interaction capability alongside extensive user insights, consumer trend analysis, and rich scenario data to enhance the autonomous perception, task execution, and emotional interaction capabilities of robots in home service, educational companionship, and smart tour scenarios.
At the product level, relying on Magiclab Robotics' diverse portfolio across humanoid and quadruped platforms, combined with JD.com's user operations and consumer trend analysis, both parties will co-develop and iterate next-generation robotics tailored to varying user demographics and market demands.
Regarding scenario implementation, Magiclab Robotics has built a comprehensive portfolio covering nine primary domains: healthcare, flexible manufacturing, inspection and security, smart tour solutions, public safety, smart logistics, sports and entertainment, research and education, and residential smart living. Through this strategic alliance, the two companies will integrate product, scenario, and channel resources to simultaneously expand embodied AI deployments across consumer and industrial markets.
In the consumer market, leveraging JD.com's omnichannel sales network, marketing resources, and customer service infrastructure, both companies will accelerate the introduction of embodied AI robots into smart home environments, transforming robots from niche tech gadgets into household intelligent companions.
