Global Embodied AI Leader Magiclab Robotics Showcases Full Lineup of Robots and Multi-Scenario Solutions at WRC 2025

Magiclab Robotics, a globally leading embodied AI technology company, featured its full family of robots and a comprehensive suite of embodied AI solutions at the 2025 World Robot Conference (WRC 2025). By presenting a strategy centered around "Full Product Lineup," "Full-Scenario Application," and "Full Ecosystem Integration," Magiclab Robotics illustrated the future roadmap of embodied AI, driving industrial implementation and contributing powerful innovation toward the development of new quality productive forces.

High-Energy Full Lineup Showcases Hardcore Product Capabilities

Magiclab Robotics presented a robust lineup at this year's conference, spanning both quadrupedal and humanoid categories:

  • "Xiaomai," a full-sized general-purpose bipedal humanoid robot

  • MagicBot Z1, a dynamic bipedal humanoid robot

  • MagicDog, a consumer-grade quadruped robot

  • MagicDog-W, a wheeled quadruped robot

  • MagicDog Y1, an industrial quadruped robot making its official debut

The Magiclab Robotics "Dance Troupe" became a central highlight of the exhibition. Bipedal humanoid robots MagicBot Gen1 and MagicBot Z1 joined consumer quadruped MagicDog to form a high-performance robotic dance group. Delivering coordinated dance performances, the quadrupeds displayed agile charm while the full-sized humanoids demonstrated highly natural, human-like motion. The show effectively showcased the real-time responsiveness enabled by Magiclab Robotics' proprietary distributed motion control architecture.

Exceptional mobility serves as a core advantage of Magiclab Robotics' fully self-developed hardware platforms. During the exhibition, MagicBot Z1 demonstrated dynamic movements such as self-recovery after falling and rapid sprinting. Meanwhile, the wheeled-quadruped MagicDog-W navigated steep inclines and cleared elevated obstacles at speed, showcasing industry-leading mobility performance in its class. In addition to acrobatic stunts like backflips, the consumer-grade MagicDog acted as a smart delivery assistant, distributing limited-edition building block dogs and promotional gifts. Equipped with autonomous path planning and dynamic obstacle avoidance, it delivered gifts accurately through dense crowds.

Making its debut as a flagship product, the industrial quadruped MagicDog Y1 features an aviation-grade sealed chassis with an IP67 protection rating, enabling reliable operation in environments ranging from -20°C to 55°C. Featuring centimeter-level positioning accuracy and dynamic obstacle avoidance, the model supports round-the-clock operation in complex conditions. Magiclab Robotics plans to expand its product deployment in industrial inspection and emergency rescue, unlocking broader operational possibilities for practical applications.

Full-Scenario Deployment and Interactive Solutions Enhance Practical Utility

As an industry-leading embodied AI company, Magiclab Robotics remains committed to full-scenario deployment, utilizing diverse product lines to build strong application capabilities that ensure embodied AI is practical, accessible, and ready for widespread adoption across industries and households.

Industrial manufacturing represents one of the primary and earliest-adopted sectors for Magiclab Robotics. At the conference, the company demonstrated the general-purpose humanoid Gen1 performing dual-handed dispensing tasks on an industrial assembly line for the first time. Operating at a dedicated dispensing station, Xiaomai used both hands simultaneously to complete dispensing tasks on two motors every 20 seconds, maintaining continuous operation for over 4 hours. This demonstration highlighted both an increase in industrial efficiency and new possibilities for automated process upgrades. Powered by reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and robust motion control algorithms, Xiaomai consistently maintained dispensing precision within a 1 to 2 millimeter margin.

In commercial scenarios, Xiaomai demonstrated a walking tour guide function, a core feature of the Smart Tour Solution introduced by Magiclab Robotics at WRC. Designed for multi-scene adaptability, this solution enables the humanoid robot to deliver professional explanations while integrating a custom guide app. The application offers features such as immediate deployment, real-time content updates, and customizable functionality, allowing users to adopt embodied AI without complex training procedures.

For residential settings, Magiclab Robotics introduced consumer-grade companion features through MagicDog, offering home companionship and leisure entertainment. Supported by a dedicated mobile app, MagicDog provides voice interaction and convenient remote controls, serving as an interactive smart companion for family members.

Ecosystem Deployment Strategy Drives Industry Generalization

Global Embodied Ai Leader Magiclab Robotics Showcases

To advance the general applicability and adaptability of humanoid robots, Magiclab Robotics has focused on building an integrated embodied AI ecosystem through cross-industry partnerships since its inception. In 2025, Magiclab Robotics launched the "1,000 Scenarios Co-Creation" initiative, collaborating with 1,000 global partners to develop 1,000 practical application scenarios and form a cohesive ecosystem alliance.

The general-purpose bipedal humanoid "Xiaomai" is powered by MagicMind, a proprietary end-to-end embodied AI model. By integrating perception, decision-making, reasoning, and operation, MagicMind enables human-like reasoning and global comprehension to execute complex, long-horizon tasks in open environments. To support real-world deployment, Xiaomai operates within a closed-loop data pipeline based on a "deploy, collect, optimize, upgrade" continuous learning system, refining operational quality and model capabilities to accelerate large-scale commercial applications across industrial and commercial environments.

Currently, Magiclab Robotics offers complete robotic solutions for assembly line integration and process automation. The company stands as one of the fastest players in China's humanoid robotics sector to connect real-world scenarios, product development, R&D, manufacturing, and customer delivery. Its "1,000 Scenarios Co-Creation" initiative has already expanded to over 50 strategic partners spanning healthcare, retail, tourism, education, and manufacturing. In industrial environments, multiple Xiaomai units have been deployed along factory production lines to perform quality inspection, material handling, parts placement, and barcode scanning, achieving localized multi-robot collaboration.

By focusing on a full product lineup, multi-scenario deployment, and ecosystem integration, Magiclab Robotics will continue to leverage its dual strengths in hardware and software. The company remains committed to building high-performance robotic hardware and highly adaptable AI software, driving commercialization, establishing scalable deployment models, and empowering diverse industries worldwide.
